Eclipse cannot find my android 4.1.2 device -


i'm trying run intro "hello world!" app on phone (droid razr maxx) running android 4.1.2 jelly bean using eclipse. have usb debugging enabled, have tried updating drivers/reinstalling drivers phone (i have google usb driver also), , have tried changing type of device computer reads mass storage media device camera. restarts haven't been working (computer, eclipse, phone, meh). when go device doesn't show up, form blank: pic of android device chooser window. clue may happening?

you need install motorola device manager. driver of phone installed, having same issue have motorola devices. can download device manager here: https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/88481
